History of the Event
Padden Polar Dip Beginnings

Join us for a quick chilly dip in the swim area at Lake Padden then enjoy some coffee and hot cocoa to help everyone stay warm after you've changed in our heated locker rooms and had a warm shower. All participants receive a complimentary certificate. Lifeguards will be on duty for the swim. We highly recommend parents with children under 10 consult a pediatrician before entering cold water. Be creative and wear a costume. 

Before the Dip join us for the Resolution Run / Walk around beautiful Lake Padden. This is a non-competitive run, but we will have a clock up and running for those interested in their time. Bring the kids, the dog and the cat to start out your new year on the right foot.
